The BodyOfConfidence.net program allows you to make drastic changes in your appearance either at home or in a gym.

You choose where you want to work out. As an AFPA Certified trainer I, will become your "online fitness coach" that will help change your life. You will receive:
  • Exercise programs customized to help you get the results you desire
  • A website that will customize a meal plan for you
  • Each exercise program available to you in animated form so that you can see how each exercise in the best way
  • Weekly phone calls and text messages checking in on you
  • Exercises will  be constructed according to your needs
 
There is no contract.
The Cost is $75 for 3 months.
If you decide to stick with the program you can continue month to month for $15.95 per month for life. You can cancel at anytime.
